La llegada de los Emisarios Reales: a Christmas show near Barcelona

If you wait by the lake in the Mediterrània area for long enough, you may be able to witness the arrival of the emissaries to the Three Kings. If you haven’t heard of them before, these are the special people who are responsible for bringing gifts to all of our loyal PortAventurers every year. But regardless of what you receive this year, remember that the most important gift is being able to play to the max with your loved ones!

Christmas Parade: our most iconic festive show

Join us for PortAventura’s wonderful winter parade!

Follow the Christmas Parade down the Paseo de Mediterrània and watch the park’s characters spread festive cheer around the viewing public. It’s a truly unforgettable event that will have our young and not-so-young PortAventurers laughing, dancing and singing their heart out this Christmas!

La Navidad de Woody

Woody and friends will help you embrace the Christmas spirit in this engaging family-friendly musical! Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year by throwing some moves with our dear mascot, who will do all he can to get the whole audience up on their feet!

Christmas Dream: immerse yourself in a fantastic festive tale

Come to the Gran Teatro Imperial in China to immerse yourself in our festive musical, Christmas Dream. This popular show uses captivating choreography, vibrant voices and terrific tales to make viewers want to jump out of their seat and join in with the performance!

Christmas Dream is recommended for PortAventurers of all ages. Remember, the activities you do together are the ones that will live longest in your memories!

El Bosque Encantado

Standing opposite Serpiente Emplumada, in México, there’s a fabulous place where you can meet the most iconic Christmas characters.

That’s right! In El Bosque Encantado, you and your family can meet important figures such as Father Christmas or the Three Kings. Remember to be on your best behaviour, as they might bring you that gift you’ve been asking for this Christmas!

Bubble Magic Christmas

This Christmas, get blown away in a blitz of bubbles at the Temple Màgic Jing-Chou in the China area.

Watch as our alchemist leverages every ounce of his creativity and genius to blow bubbles of all shapes and sizes. He’s even been known to blow bubbles that audience members can step into!

This bubble bonanza is particularly popular among our youngest PortAventurers.

Christmas Time

Get ready for generous pours of joy and laughter in the most authentic Far West saloon with Christmas Time: a musical that weaves festive spirit through the fabric of the famous Far West. If you’re looking for an original show that will light up your festive season, Christmas Time might be the one for you!

Gran Fiesta de Navidad

La Cantina, which you’ve visited so many times over the years, will play host to the Gran Fiesta de Navidad, a repertoire of Mexican Christmas songs bringing warmth, rhythm and tradition to these fabulous festive dates.

It’s a great way to find out how Christmas is celebrated in Mexico without needing to take a flight half-way around the world!

Ya es Navidad en SésamoAventura

In the SésamoAventura area, our youngest PortAventurers will be able to enjoy a marvellous musical featuring their favourite characters from the Sesame Street® franchise.

Elmo and friends have been practising for ages, and they’re desperate to put on a great show for you and your family. So come along, have fun and dance along with them!

  • Cuidemos el Planeta: a show that strikes the perfect balance between fun and education.

There are several ways of getting to PortAventura from Barcelona:

  • By car: Access directly from the A-7 following the directions. If you need to rent a car, OK Mobility is offering 15% off with the promocode ‘OKPAW’.
  • By train: Renfe Alta Velocidad, Larga Distancia and Rodalies de Catalunya offer combined tickets including train travel and PortAventura park tickets or hotel stays.
  • By plane: PortAventura is just a 1-hour drive from the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat airport and a 15-minute drive from Reus airport.
  • By bus: there are various bus lines which can take you from Barcelona to PortAventura. Find the best combination for your trip.

While you don’t need to reserve a spot for the majority of our shows, we recommend arriving well in advance to make sure you get a good view. This is particularly true for Christmas Parade and Christmas Dream, which can attract sizeable crowds during the festive period.
