And it’s not surprising: two of the world’s most famous carnivals come together for you to celebrate a party in which joy, dancing, and elegance will allow you to experience Carnival like you’ve never experienced it before.

But do you know how you can make PortAventura World’s Carnival even more special? By being crowned the King or Queen of the Carnival of Carnivals!

If you want to win that crown, you need the best costume

Although there may be great music, incredible dancing, and clouds of confetti, a carnival without costumes isn’t a carnival at all. And PortAventura World’s Carnival is no exception.

We want everyone to experience the most authentic Carnival ever. That’s why we’re encouraging you to put on your best costume and be crowned the King or Queen of the Carnival of Carnivals.

Simply show off your best PortAventurero costume inspired by PortAventura World’s different theme areas, and visit PortAventura Park on Saturday 18 February. Our social media team will be looking for you! If you’re chosen as a candidate, you’ll automatically be entered into the online contest where other adventurers will vote for their King or Queen.

And that’s not all… Our new sovereign will win a stay for two people at one of the Resort’s hotels and can be a part of the Carnival Parade on 11 March.
