PortAventura World launches a new game at three of its main rides

Prepare yourself for a thrilling new experience at PortAventura Park!

Are you ready to participate in an epic battle between Atmos and Drax as you wait for your favourite rides? You’ll need to be ‘in the zone’, so take a deep breath and count to three. You’ve never played anything quite like it!

This incredible new game called Duelins entails 5-minute battles between up to 10 competitors. Imagine the following scenario: you’re patiently waiting to go on one of our iconic roller coasters and you suddenly find yourself looking up at a massive screen that summons you to join the battle. All you need to do is download the app, enter the code that appears on the screen to join in, choose your player’s name and game on!

The game will be available in the lines for Furius Baco, Dragon Khan and Shambhala, totally free of charge.

How exactly does this battle between Atmos and Drax play out? It might seem simple on the surface, but it’s all about strategy. The aim is to launch yourself into other players to take life off them. However, here’s the catch: each player has a set of special skills that can turn the game on its head in an instant!

Some players inflict more damage towards the end of their move; some are capable of restoring the life of other players; and some can launch themselves further than others. But what does this all mean? Well, it means that no two battles are the same. The aim is to find the perfect strategy for your team in this one-of-a-kind interactive adventure!

Every move matters. The objective is to crash into as many players from the opposing team as possible while avoiding obstacles and accumulating points. And at the end of the day, you might see your name at the top of our leaderboard!

Yep, you’ve read that right. After each battle, you’ll be able to compare your performance against the daily top-ranked players. Do you back yourself to finish on top of the pile, or will you need to get your eye in before you make a name for yourself?

Each battle is different, so aim high and don’t settle for being just another player. The battles at each ride take place in different arenas, each with its own set of opportunities and challenges.
