Choose your visit date wisely

It’s important to choose the right day or days for when you want to visit us. If possible, avoid popular dates and times when the parks are likely to be crowded, such as holidays or weekends. From Monday to Thursday, the number of visitors decreases, so you can walk through our parks with less people in the way.

Take a look at our calendar here and see all opening dates and times for the resort. You can also find out which days are likely to be less busy, thanks to a simple colour code, making your experience even better.

Less people = more space for you!

Something else to bear in mind is that in PortAventura World there are many, very different attractions. So, depending on what you want out of your stay, make a beeline for those that excite you the most.

Engines ready…

 Start the day by warming up your engines on gentler rides such as Kontiki, Street Mission, and El Diablo-Tren de la mina. You can ease yourself in while having a great time, and your adrenaline levels will begin to rise little by little.

During the summer months, a sail through our Grand Canyon Rapids is one of the best ways to do this. Non-stop spins and refreshing fun!

After a few screams hurtling down the first descents of the morning, it will be time to move onto more intense emotions. Uncharted, Dragon Khan, and Shambhala are the BIG 3 that you can’t afford to miss. They will all give you the ride of your life.

But there are many more quests that every great adventurer must face, such as Furius Baco, Ferrari Land’s Red Force, or Barracudas in Caribe Aquatic Park.

After experiencing great emotions and attending the best shows, there is nothing better than replenishing your strength, and in PortAventura World you will find endless places to do this. Spaces to take a break and sample delicious food and drink from all over the world.

For example, if you love rice dishes, book a table at Racó de Mar. You can tuck in as you contemplate the impressive views of Mediterrània right in front of you. On the other hand, if you prefer Asian cuisine, head over to Canton. Vegetarians, we’ve got you too! Pay a visit to our restaurant Bora Bora.
