Lights, decorations, exclusive Christmas entertainment… At this time of year, you can enjoy all the magic of PortAventura World in the most special way. And to make sure your visit is a complete success, today we are sharing with you some essential tips!

The best way to protect yourself from the winter cold is to wear layers. A short sleeve t-shirt, a long sleeve T-shirt, a coat, a jacket, a hat, a scarf, gloves… So you’ll be ready whatever the temperature!
Although the cold doesn’t have to be a problem. Don’t forget that our park is located in a truly exceptional setting, the Costa Dorada. On the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, the weather is typically pleasant and mild. And the sun shines bright in our sky. But it’s better to be prepared for any situation!
As you already know, to make the most of PortAventura World it’s important to wear comfortable shoes. And the sturdier, the better!
Grab yourself a pair of comfortable trainers, designed to keep your feet warm and dry. So, rain, thunder, or snow, you’ll only have to worry about getting your feet off the ground to fly on our roller coasters.
Safety is the most important thing at PortAventura World. For this reason, we close the park when it gets too windy or if the rainfall becomes too intense.
Luckily, nowadays weather forecasts are available a week in advance. Checking them and selecting the best day for your visit is the first step to making sure that nothing spoils your time with us.
In PortAventura Park we have countless restaurants, bars, and food outlets. In them, you can rest and have something hot to eat and drink whenever you need. Coffee, hot chocolate, a tasty snack…
