When can I check in and check out?
Your room will be available from 3:00 pm once check-in has been completed. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am.Can I check in online?
You can save time by checking in online through our website (www.portaventuraworld.com/en). You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to do this. You can do this as long as there are less than five days to go before your arrival date, and 24 hours have passed since you made the reservation.
You must register all guests over the age of 13 years old (check-in is not required for children aged 12 and under) and settle the outstanding balance by card payment.Where can I park my vehicle?
We have underground parking, which is paid for directly and subject to availability at the time of your arrival.

If your booking is confirmed as HOTEL WITH TICKETS, at check-in you will receive all the tickets included per person and stay:- 1 x 1-day ticket to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land (on the same day), provided that the parks are open (stays of 1 or 2 nights).
- 1 x 2 days, 2 park ticket (1 same-day access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land + 1-day access to PortAventura Park), provided that the parks are open (stays of 3 or more nights).
