We drive all kinds of change
Environment
We carry out all kinds of actions that contribute to sustainability and the environment, such as ensuring that our energy is 100% from renewable sources, repurposing more than 90% of our waste, and promoting educational programmes for our younger guests, with initiatives such as EcoEduca or the "Haz tu mundo más sostenible" (Make your world more sustainable) competition for schools.
Equality, diversity, and inclusion
Equality, diversity, and inclusion are in our DNA. In addition, we promote actions to foster equality and diversity. We offer a wide range of working hours to help our team members to achieve a work-life balance.
Community
We create all kinds of actions to help individuals and groups in vulnerable situations. To do this, we allocate 0.7% of our net profit to our Foundation, which is responsible for the PortAventura Dreams Village project, and collaborate with various non-profit organisations through fundraising activities such as the Fundación PortAventura Charity Dinner or Fun Run.

We have strict security measures in all areas to ensure the wellbeing of our visitors and our human team. We are backed by several certifications, we have signed the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism, which promotes responsible tourism, and we are part of the 2030 Agenda.
